Updating Components

The platform supports the following operations on the components of the SBOM

• Adding / Deleting Component

• Editing Component Details

• Editing Component Identifiers

• Editing Component Relationships

Adding / Deleting Component

1. Navigate to the SBOM Page

2. Click on the 'Components' tab

3. [Add] Click on the '+' Add Component' button to add a component

4. [Deleting] Click on the '...' Action of a component and select 'Delete'

Editing Component Details

1. Navigate to the SBOM Page

2. Click on the '...' Action of a component and select 'Edit Component'

3. Click on the 'Save' button under each tab to complete

Editing Component Identifiers

1. Navigate to the SBOM Page

2. Click on the '...' Action of a component and select 'Edit Component'

3. Click on the 'Identifiers' tab

Editing Component Relationships

1. Navigate to the SBOM Page

2. Click on the '...' Action of a component and select 'Edit Component'

3. Click on the 'Relationships' tab

4. Select type of relationship (Depends On / Dependency Of) and component to create relationship with

5. Click 'Add' to complete
