Managing Product

Add / Delete Product

Add Product
  1. Navigate to the '' page

  2. Click on the '+' (Add Product) button on the top right

  3. Enter the required fields: Name and, optionally, product description.

  4. Click 'Save' to complete

Delete Product
  1. Navigate to the 'Products' page

  2. Click on the '...' Actions of a product and select 'Delete Product'

  3. Type 'DELETE' in the modal and click 'Yes' to complete

  4. (Alternatively) From inside the '' page, click on the 'Delete Product' icon

  5. Type 'DELETE' in the modal and click 'Yes' to complete

Disable Product

If a product is no longer active in the market, the platform supports disabling the product to indicate that its contents are only for historical reasons and no additional changes are expected on this product.

A disabled product:

  • Will stop accepting version creation and SBOM

  • Will stop updating vulnerabilities for any versions present in it

  • Will not contribute towards platform metrics and analytics.

A disabled product can be re-enabled if the decision is reverted.

Enable/Re-enable Product
  1. Navigate to ''

  2. Click on the 'Active' switch to Enable / Disable the Product

If the Product is not showing in the list because of being disabled, check the 'Active' filter on top of the Product table as that defaults to Active products only.

Managing Labels

Create / Edit / Delete Labels
  1. Click on the 'Manage Labels' icon on the top right

Create Label

  1. Enter a name for the label

  2. Type in a color or click on the auto-shuffle icon to shuffle through random colors

  3. Preview the label in the 'Label Preview' badge on top of the Label Name field

  4. Click '+ Add Label' button to Complete

Edit Label

  1. Click on the 'Edit' icon next to the label

  2. Change name or color of the label

  3. Click Accept or Cancel icon to complete

Delete Label

  1. (Preparation) remove label from any product it applies to

  2. Click on the 'Delete' icon next to the label

Apply Label
  1. Click on '...' Edit Labels on the Product

  2. Click on sub-menu to hold

  3. Click on checkbox next to the label names

  4. Click outside the sub-menu to complete

Product Notifications

A user can subscribe to notifications for changes in product vulnerabilities, licenses or policy failures. Interlynk supports subscribing to changes in specific environments and specific type of change.

At least one Integration must exist before notifications become effective.

Subscribe / Unsubscribe
  1. Click on the 'Bell' icon for notification

  2. Select among notifications for 'Vulnerabilities' , 'Licenses', 'Policies' or 'All'
